The welcome starts at reception, where the team take the time to get to know you. They remembered our names throughout our stay, which added such a personal touch and made us feel genuinely at home from day one.
Our room was beautiful, especially with its sea view and bathtub, making it the perfect place to relax after each day. The housekeeping team work incredibly hard and consistently go above and beyond to ensure every detail is perfect.
A special thank you to David at the bar, whose service was exceptional throughout our stay. He was always happy to create cocktails tailored to our personal tastes, and his banana smoothies are simply the best!
A special mention also goes to Mrisha, who regularly looked after us on the beach, taking and delivering our drinks with a smile. It was another example of the attentive service that makes this resort so special.
Martin and Issac in the restaurant were wonderful hosts—kind, engaging and incredibly knowledgeable.
