The hotel itself is a bit tired and most of the staff (outside of reception) spoke minimal English. The Muay Thai/MMA facilities were also great however I found the sessions underwhelming. Aside from 20 mins with a trainer, you're on your own for the remaining 1hr 40 mins. No one that lead a warm up, stretches...
