"Great location, clean, spacious, and nice. The pillow was super soft in the worst way imaginable. It flattened into nothingness and had no support, leading to an unrestful night. It’s probably great for most people, but it’s definitely not worth $500/night."

"The staff at the Sheridan Hotel in Boston was very accommodating and helpful, especially when we arrived and needed to switch rooms to better accommodate our family. We ultimately upgraded to one of the hotel’s top suites, which understandably came at an additional cost. The suite itself was beautiful, located on the top floor with an amazing view, and included a separate dining area, sitting room, and bedroom, which made for a very enjoyable stay overall. One thing we did not realize at the time of the upgrade was that the suite was an ADA-compliant room. It’s great that the hotel offers these accessible accommodations, but for our personal preference, we would have preferred a standard room setup with either a traditional tub or walk-in shower. The room also had a much lower bed that was quite firm and uncomfortable for us. Overall, the staff was excellent and the suite and views were impressive, but I would recommend confirming the room configuration in advance when upgrading."

"This is a great no frills spot which gives you what you need and doesn't charge for what you don't. Our room was clean, amazingly quiet ( we had 2nd flr rear) and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was small but very clean and the shower was great. Breakfast was just coffee and pre- packaged pastry but we had breakfast both mornings at Thornton's, maybe 1 minute away. The Prudential T stop is maybe a 2 minute walk. Parking was super. Hotel is located across from the plaza of the Christian Science Mother church (the tour of which, together with the Mapparium was well worth the time even tho that's not why we're there) which is lovely. The desk staff seemed to be students and they were great as well. Thinking of reasons I need to go back. "

"Lovely one night stay here before heading to the airport! Loved the coffee machine with free lattes especially. Great staff, comfy bed, awesome restaurant attached to the lobby. No complaints, will stay here again!"
