"This place is beautiful, rooms are spacious and comfortable and in pristine condition. I slept perfectly. They also offer local wines, or beer and soft drinks, for easy purchase from the bar area. "The Fourviere Lyon was a total surprise for us. Upon arrival, we found a high quality hotel created from an abandoned convent built in mid 1800's. The structure is built in a square with an enclosed courtyard which offers a peaceful, walkable area for the patrons. Surrounding the hotel are ancient ruins of a Roman arena. Lots of history here! "

"We really enjoyed our stay in crown plaza Lyon. The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. The lady at the reception who checked us in specifically was very helpful and helped us with all the information we needed with travelling around the area, food recommendations and anything else we needed. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good as well and the waiting staff in the restaurant area was very pleasant and friendly. Couldn’t complain about anything in the hotel, everything was very nice and clean. "
