"This may the most peaceful place in the UP. The beach is a rock hound paradise. The location is rich with upper michigan history. The cottage was very clean and well stocked. They have a very nice barrel sauna. We would love to visit again for a longer stay. This would be a great family friendly and pet friendly choice for your UP get away."

"Check in was grueling. Was told main yurt on email. This was not marked if there is one. The one I presented to that looked like a possibility looked to have store items but was locked. This was 530 in the evening. It was difficult to find where we were staying (aqua lodge). After getting there things looked up. Clean and refreshing with the exception of the gentleman smoking weee next door (visibly) It was a nice getaway."
