"The house is very cute, larger than we expected - which is fine, definitely can easily a group of 4 to 6. Check in is a breeze, check out is easy. The location is great fro exploring the Copper Harbor peninsula (not sure iof the peninsula has an actual name, my partner and I just use Copper Harbor as the main reference point.). We stayed in Eagle River last year, but this location is much more to our liking. There's a lighthouse around one corner, and a breakfast spot around the other corner - nothing fancy, but food and coffee were good. And Fitzgerald's Hotel and Restourant is just a 15 minute drive (Fitzgerald's restaurant is a must for at least one meal while up in the area. Just make sure to make reservations.)Overal a great stay, and we may very well try to book the house around the same time - give a week or two - next year!"

"We had such a wonderful stay here! The house was very clean, the kitchen and bathroom was stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable! As others have stated, taller guests may find themselves practicing their best ducking abilities when using the shower and stairs, but it's an older house! That's part of the charm! We would gladly stay again!"

There were some cleaning issues but the host was very responsive to our concerns and I feel this will be addressed appropriately prior to the next rental. "The beds are not the most comfortable, but toy can not beat the view of the lake. The beach literally less than a minute walk. We found several yupperlites while there also. "
