At check-in had to deal with someone trying to get us to attend a timeshare sales presentation. The resort is nice. Indoor pickleball is a great amenity but we did not get a chance to use it. "

Kitchen and appliances and bathrooms are very dated, carpet is old and stained, deck furniture old, torn (one chair broken) and dirty. A few of the upright 2x2” deck railing pieces are loose at the bottom, which I found out when I swept. Not great for kids… The door to the deck closes with great difficulty, needs to be adjusted. Relatively clean except for picture windows out to the deck, which were filthy. Very easy access so I’m not sure why. Quick response via text when the electronic lock acted up, but I couldn’t contact anyone via their phone messaging system. We’ve stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this one is tired and worn out. Would not recommend or return. "
