Clarion Pointe on the lake Clarksville-South Hill West
4/10 Poor
"Didn’t look bad from the outside. The lobby was even nice. The room…. Never again. The mattress was like concrete with a sheet over it. The bed frame was a big metal box that popped every time i moved! I also noticed the door had a very large gap at the bottom. I could literally sit on the bed and identify every shoe that walked by. Not sure if the place flooded in the past. "

The hotel is small Rooms are small. Bathroom entirely too small.
None of the appliances were plugged in.
So we first thought rmfridge and microwave did not work. Then later we find out microwave wasnt plugged in and fridge wasn't turned on.
The tv channels were horrible and did not match the programsing stated on the tv menu.
The bathrooms had rust on shower bars and looks like mold on walls.
