"It was convenient to the conference. Was a little rough getting some consideration from the iTrip Orlando staff (whose property it is) to let us come an hour early so we could make it to our conference on time. Eventually after numerous correspondence, they (she) agreed which was good. We thought there could have been a few more amenities especially provided in the kitchen. There was no coffee, no salt and pepper. No napkins. It was very bare bones with regards to any extras. Not quite what I was anticipating for how much it cost to stay there. Just one small roll of toilet paper per bathroom etc. We did have an issue with the smoke alarm battery going off which was promptly fixed the next morning by maintenance. They also fixed the slow draining sink in the master bedroom and replaced the water filter in the refrigerator."

"Had a good time here, there is easy ocean/beach access, a nice balcony, and a harbor right outside the door. It's located in a very nice, kept up gated community with quite a few amenities. Definitely recommend staying here!"

"The area was lovely and the small private beach was perfect for our family. The two restaurants on property were excellent! The room was clean and had what we needed for our quick stay. The bath/shower set up is not ideal for people with small children who are unable to bathe themselves and there is a light outside the door that automatically turns on in the evening and is incredibly bright. The curtains are white and tan and do not block out the light at all. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the value was good, but the two things mentioned above were disappointing. I also reached out to the property owner three times with no response. I tried the app as well as the contact number provided at check-in. Communication should be improved."
