Welcome to Keller's Dockside! We are waterfront and dog friendly (w/pet fee, sorry, no cats) townhome with amazing views and on property dog park! We sleep 10 in beds and are a private beach resort community.

All townhomes are not created equal at Little Harbor. We have no extra person fees or extra management fees. We are also at a premium location with a short walk to the pools and beach.

Enjoy waterfront views from the two back private balconies, and enjoy the resort view from the front two balconies. We often spot dolphins while sitting on the back balconies! This townhome is beautifully decorated with a calming beach theme and well maintained throughout.

Keller's Dockside is a three bedroom, three bath townhome located in the fishing mecca of Little Harbor, a 125 acre Carribbean inspired waterfront community with a private 1/2 mile exclusive beach on Tampa Bay and surrounded by direct Gulf access waterways. You will be close to everything but far enough away from it all.

This unit is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, or it is 1 minute by car. It is also that close to the two onsite restaurants and waterfront tiki bar and two swimming pools.

There is a ring doorbell camera at the front door.

-Living room with a large sectional and sofa chair, 50 inch smart TV, DVD player, high speed wireless internet, and a large balcony with patio dining set and a view of the waterways.

-Fully equipped kitchen for 10 and includes granite counter-tops, solid wooden cabinets and stainless steel appliances.

-Dining area with table and chairs.

-Bedroom #1 with a queen sized bed and a twin bed with base drawers, a dresser and ROKU LCD-TV

-Bathroom #1 full bathroom

SECOND FLOOR:
-Master bedroom with King sized bed, desk, walk in closet, LCD TV with a balcony and a view of the marina and waterways, and there is balcony furniture

- Master bathroom with large tub and separate walk in shower and vanity.

-Bedroom #3 has 2 full size beds (bunk beds) plus an additional twin bed trundle, a table, LCD TV, closet and a balcony with furniture and a resort view.

- Bathroom #3 full bathroom

-Full sized washer and dryer!!!!

Best Condo in Little Harbor

What a wonderful place to stay! Convenient to the restaurants and amenities in Little Harbor and well stocked with extras like coffee and snacks. It has beautiful water views from the rear decks and it fully equipped for an extended family like ours. The host is very reasonable and responsive. We loved our stay!

Perfect Escape

This was the perfect spot for our family. Plenty of room for us, our 3 kids and our mother in law. Quiet. Beautiful sunrises and even more beautiful sunsets! The restaurants and pools on site were great! Communication with the owner was always quick, and they were always responsive to ensure a great experience. Would highly recommend!

Nice property with all the supplies you need to enjoy your vacation. Beautiful views of the canal. Saw dolphins, pelicans and many other birds. Walk to the pools or restaurant/bar. We always enjoy our time in Little Harbor.

Great vacation spot

This property was great, and my entire family enjoyed it. Saw the dolphins and manatee from the balcony. Easy walk to the beach. Spacious. Everything you could ask for. Wish we did not have to go home.

Just perfect!

We travel every year for Christmas and this is the best rental we have ever had. The condo was spotless and the host truly thought of everything to make us comfortable. The little touches like snacks for the kids and Christmas decor were very much appreciated. Excellent communication as well. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful and Peaceful

The Keller’s property is beautiful and relaxing! Plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and enjoy the views. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The communication was amazing even at 1:30 AM when we checked in. Your home turned what had started out as a bad vacation into some thin memorable! Can’t wait to come again!

Beautiful home!

The home was beautiful, and the location was great. Unfortunately, we did not get to enjoy the place like we would have wanted to due to Tropical Storm Debby. We were looking forward to walking to the little bar and having some drinks, walking to the beach in the morning, and relaxing in the pool. Hopefully, we can return when there is better weather.

Haven in Little Harbor

I've been coming to Ruskin several times a year for 10 years, and this property and the way it is managed is the best I've experienced in Little Harbor. The townhouse is as advertised. It's clean, well furnished, well provisioned and in a great location. Kendra Keller is a top shelf professional as the property manager. She's organized, timely, helpful, very responsive; yet isn't overbearing.

Great Location and Host!

We have family who live in Ruskin and wanted to celebrate an early Christmas with them but we didn't want to stay in hotel rooms, so we booked this townhouse in the Apollo Beach area. The hostess, Kendra, was wonderful. Great communication and she made the check in process so easy! The condo's kitchen is fully equipped and the living area and dining room was spacious enough for everyone. The views were lovely. Oh, and we also appreciated all the holiday touches, including an adorable Beach themed Christmas tree!

Saved in Ruskin

After an unsatisfactory booking to start our vacation VRBO saved the remainder of our stay. They were very understanding and helped us rebook in a beautiful place. No need to discuss the first condo. But to praise the the one we spent the rest of our time. It was beautiful and had anything you could possibly want or need. I would recommend this condo and the VRBO staff for making our trip memorable!

Awesome vacation rental!

This is an awesome vacation rental! I stayed with my sister, brother-in-law and niece. My sister and I grew up going to Bahia Beach from Illinois with our parents to visit our great Aunt who lived in Sun City. We had not been in over 40 years. It was great to be back. The pool on the water was how we remembered it. Sunset Grill and Hooks were great. The townhouse was fully stocked and view of the water from the balconies was great. We loved watching the boats go by. We all said we could live there! We did not want to leave. Host was super responsive. We highly recommend it!

Lovely Townhome

Awesome property! The townhome was very clean and neat when we arrived. The host had a ton of snacks ready for our family to enjoy and even some free samples of different toiletry items. We loved that all the rooms had access to a balcony with seating, some towards the waterway and some toward the front of the townhome. I loved that all bathrooms had a large soaking tub and detachable spray nozzle, the kids loved the bunk beds and TV in their room. Plenty of room for our 4 adults and 4 kids The pool was very nice, though a bit of a walk and restaurant next door Hooks was delicious. The beach did have some signs saying no swimming but we took a drive over to St Pete and enjoined the beaches. Do check out the drive in movie theater, it was very cool!

Great stay

We were at the property for a short stay - we loved it. The house looks new and is nicely furnished. Great location too - nice view from the balcony and beach is only 5 minutes walk.
