"Perfect location and short walking distance to the village. Hot tub was wonderful, great seating at the dinning room table and in the living room. 4 great sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed for the 8 of us. The cleanliness was a bit lacking. Dirty toilet seat upon arrival as well as muddy marks around the light switch in main ground floor bathroom, a dirty and hairy shag carpet in the living room that my Granddaughter had caught multiple hairs with her fingers. There is no dumpster in the complex and needed to keep 2 garbage bags of garbage inside our unit which was a bit unpleasant with poopy diapers. Easy fixes except the garbage part as I’m sure not having dumpsters on site is to keep rodents away. "

"My stay at the Sundance Lodge this past weekend was great. A staff member went above and beyond for me. I lost a sentimental gold necklace and pendant, the front desk staff promptly put the lost item on a local Facebook group. I learned later that Caitlyn not only found the necklace but she physically went to the supermarket and retrieved it on my behalf and brought it back to the front desk so I could pick up upon my return to the hotel. I am extremely grateful to her and would recommend the Sundance to anyone, super location and obviously great staff!"

"Everything was great, except when my daughter broke her arm and didn’t want to share the pull out couch with her sister, they wouldn’t give us an extra cot because of “safety” reasons. So she had to sleep on the floor."
