Overall a very nice place to stay. Cramped, but nothing out of the ordinary for NYC. Right in between Chinatown and Little Italy. Staff was nice, room was clean and modern.

We had a great stay overall- the hotel is beautiful, elegant and very well maintained. The rooms were comfortable, the location is unbeatable, and the entire property feels polished and upscale. Staff interactions were pleasant and professional, and it truly felt like a luxury NYC experience.
The only area for improvement would be the elevators. Although there are multiple elevators, there was frequent waiting, they filled quickly, and they made many stops, which could be frustrating during peak times.
That said, it wouldn’t stop us from staying again. A wonderful hotel in a prime location with just a small logistical hiccup.
