Garbage left $200 charge. Pets, $500 charge. Emergency-no response from guest, reserve the right for owner to enter deal with the emerg. situation.
Absolutely no illegal activity. No film making. The host reserves the right to remove the guests from the property immediately. Will not be refunded.
