"The parking was perfect and spacious; there was a clean snow and ice-free path to the entrance. We were disappointed that there was no kitchen or chef available within the grounds, but being in a little Italian section of Amsterdam made up for it. Loved the art and the space available in our Jr. Suite. "
"Room was clean, we did not request service while there, simply asked for what we needed, however; water is included in service. When we asked for water from staff we were told to go buy it in the vending machine (rudely) which ironically, does not sell water. Disappointed. Also very noisy, can hear everything in the hallways.
