Great Stay, Good Location, Lovely Staff

Booked a family suite, room was very spacious, floor to ceiling windows, bright and airy. Staff were lovely from check/in to bar/ restaurant. Never had breakfast. Very central location within easy walking distance to the old town/ Rhine with lots of restaurants and bars.

Hotel is five minutes walk from D-Wehrhahn station which is again only ten minutes from the Airport by train. D-Wehrhahn has a tram stop three stops from the Alstadt so travelling to and from is very easier especially if you save money and use Dusseldorf Card (Travel cards). There is also a mini market and a Very Good - Copenhagen Cafe on the corner on route to the hotel which is very recommendable. Have no complaints whatsoever for the hotel, used it twice and will us it again. Tony

This hotel is ideally situated one train stop from the main train station easy access to and from airport. And only 3 tram stops from old town. Room was very well furnished and very clean, made for an enjoyable stay.

There were no pampering amenities like house slippers, sewing set, shoe cleaning set, cosmetic extras like there were before, a pen, mini bar/refrigerator. Room cleaning on demand only, only then you got tea bag etc. refill incl. toilet paper. Room was not properly checked after last guest left: safe not working properly, shower door seal was loose, carpet ending on wall was loose. All in all my stay was pleasant, the staff was very friendly and eager to help, the hotel is clean, breakfast was very good. The negative things I mentioned above, probably all because of need of savings to the hotel and environment issues - gave me a little bad feeling comparing with my last stay.
