"My family and I spent 8day/7night in a suite in July. We stayed in this hotel 2 years ago to visit our family and liked the hotel's location, amenities, gym, pool, and shops nearby. So we rebooked Adina in March for our visit in July. But this time, we were told upon arrival that the pool has been closed due to maintenance for 3 months. We paid extra 400€ for no pool, ~€1400 in total. Such a bummer but what can u do. Problem is our entire stay has no cleaning after we requested twice via text...
