"I gave it 5 stars because the staff is very accommodating EXCEPT, there is no elevator and we had to haul 3 large suitcases, plus 3 carryons UP and DOWN the stairs. No help was offered. But, they are holding those same bags (long story) for us while we galavant around the UK"
