Beautiful home in Durfort Lacapelette

This large farmhouse, renovated in the old style with wooden beams, fireplace and dovecote, is situated at the end of a quiet lane in a tiny hamlet and benefits from a huge 14 acre plot.



Take advantage of the terrace around the 12 x 6m south-facing pool to relax or enjoy your meals al fresco. You can also challenge each other to a game of billiards, table tennis or boules. The house has an office of just under 20 square meters with a desk and office chair. Durfort-Lacapelette, its bakery, its tennis court and its mini-market are in the immediate vicinity. In Moissac (8 km), which is part of the World Heritage Site of Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle, you will find a wide range of stores, supermarkets and a bike rental service.



Discover the Romanesque abbeys of Saint-Pierre and Cloister. In summer, you can enjoy boat trips and the joys of water skiing on the Tarn or hire bikes for trips on the cycle path along the Canal des Deux Mers. You can go horse riding in Lauzerte and in St Nicolas de la Grave you can enjoy the pleasures of windsurfing with a large swimming lake and a leisure park. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the 9-hole golf courses in Castelnau-Montratier and Espalais, both just a 30-minute drive away. For the little ones, there is a water park (Walibi) near Agen (approx. 55 km). For a more urban experience, visit the bright pink cities of Montauban (30 km) and Toulouse (80 km) or even Cahors (50 km) and the famous Pont Valentré. Explore the gorges of Aveyron, St Antonin-Noble-Val for canoeing and the charming medieval villages of Bruniquel and Cordes perched on a hill. The region has no shortage of restaurants serving local specialties.

Difficulté à joindre NOVASOL . Aucune intervention effectuée suite à 2 demandes ( fuite eau , nid de guêpe ) . Pas de réponse à nos observations sur notre séjour . Pas de contact localement si urgence . Globalement le gite est plutot correct , sauf les 2 chambres mansardées et la salle de bain de l'étage , 1 salle de bain du bas à sécuriser et à rénover , pas d'indication sur le fonctionnement de la piscine ni d'info sur le passage du pisciniste d'entretien , certains transats en très mauvais état .Le fascicule du fonctionnement du gite est uniquement en anglais . Nous estimons un certain manque de professionnalisme chez NOVASOL et des choses à améliorer pour justifier le prix de cette location .
