Between land and sea in the Cathar region

  • High quality modern villa located on a hillside overlooking the village of Durban Corbieres. The property is arranged with an open plan living/dining area with large French doors opening onto the outside area. Double French doors from the master bedroom also open out onto the outside area. The south facing rear garden is provided with a private pool (2,50 x 4,80) with hardwood decking and BBQ. The outside area provides a panoramic view of the village and surrounding vineyards. The villa has been furnished to a high standard. Note : pool is unheated and is available for use from May to October.
