"There were NO overnight STAFF. I paid for TWO ROOMS WITH JACUZZI and didn’t get either. Not one good thing to say. I was locked out of my room FIVE different times with a key MALFUNCTION. The Kitchen closed before 10pm. We were told to try KOTOR and we did only to return to find tha car gate locked and had to park on street We tried calling SOMEONE to no avail. Only to go up to our room and locked out again at 1am.
FRONT DESK shows up at 7 am .ZERO HELP SHE WAS. She took over an HOUR TO COMPOSE...

"I wish I could give the staff Alex and Tea (?) ten stars. This cozy, immaculately clean and yet historical boutique hotel is one of our favourite stops yet. It is directly across from the ferry operations but somehow extremely quiet, the small pool had my son entertained for hours, the staff will provide poolside service with drinks, the homemade cookies on arrival are *delightful*, the breakfast is so so good i wouid dare say skip some traditional Montenegrin food at restaurants bc this hotel...

Wanted to watch a football match not available on our tv in the room , they connected us to a cable tv station on the terrace … great pools for swimming also .. thank you to Hyatt Regency in Kotor "

"Location location location, amazing location of you want to be in the heart of everything. Exceptional service from the team. Although you need to be aware because this is in the old city, you have to walk a distance to get to it with your luggage. Then once onsite you have to climb 2 flights of steps to get to your room, no elevator. Also because it’s in the center of things and a very very old building it was very noises. So if you’re a little sleeper you’d want to stay at a place...
