Our single level 1,000 square foot 2 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom condo is one of very few properties with a deck overlooking historic Main Avenue. The modern and exceptionally appointed residence is located at 7th and Main Street and is 24 miles (25 minutes) from Purgatory ski area.

Durango is known for it's historic downtown with a diversity of shopping and dining opportunities that would rival many large cities. This condo is within immediate walking distance to everything the historic downtown has to offer. Go for a run or a bike ride on Durango’s river trail just a block and a half away. Visit one of the many exceptional coffee shops or discover why Durango is known as the city of Brewerly Love by visiting one of our six local brew pubs. This is Durango’s finest location.

The actual stay itself was great, location couldn’t been any better. We visit every year for a golf tournament and love staying in town so the wives can walk around to the shops and restaurants. Check in was easy, perfect size for the four of us. Only down side for us was the size of spare bath in back room was pretty small. Also the beds were I believe a full/queen and little firm for us. Wish there was a mattress topper available. Other than that very nice place.

Great property with a fabulous location

We visit Durango every year and I had no idea that there were rental properties right on historical Main St. This property was beautiful and even in the busiest of times, quiet once the patio doors were shut. Great walking location for everything in the historical area of Durango!

Perfect Location

Unit was in a perfect location right in the heart of the town on Main Street. It was over a retail business and had a great balcony in front overlooking Main Street. The condo was very clean and decorated nicely. It had everything we needed and would definitely stay there again if we ever get back to Durango.

Great apartment right downtown

Durango has so much to do-and this apartment gave us easy access to all of it. Well-appointed right downtown which let us walk anywhere for our stay. The apartment was as-advertised and we would recommend it to anyone who wants a central location on your Durango adventure.

Convenient downtown condo

Clean and comfortable condo in the heart of downtown Durango. Walking distance to shops & restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped and there are plenty of towels and amenities. I highly recommend.

Mother & sons get away

Perfect location for what we wanted. Enjoyed the balcony each evening. Had an issue with one of the air conditioning units, but emailed property management and had it working quickly. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Very, very nice condo, located perfectly in downtown Durango with a great patio overlooking Main Street. Everything was fantastic, with the exception of there being no king beds. My wife and I actually slept in separate rooms due to this. Wasn’t a huge issue and I understand the space constraints, but a king in the primary room would have been nice.

Literally just steps to everything. The balcony overlooking Main Ave is the perfect spot to chill and take it all in. My only feedback would be regarding the parking as it’s super tight and hard to navigate a large car. A smaller car would have been much easier but, that said, the location is so great we barely needed our car!

Great Location!

The location of this condo couldn't be better. We enjoyed the large balcony overlooking Main Street and we could walk to everything. The layout of the condo is nice. Our only issue was the following: dirty tissue left on a bed, floors in kitchen and living room not cleaned, cleaning person still at condo at 4 pm (had to drive around until he/she left), two can lights out (one in bathroom), no coffee provided as listed. The management company was responsive in words but not in action. Instead they refunded us 10% and did leave coffee outside the entrance.

The remodel was done with so much class; it’s a beautiful space, the kitchen was very well stocked with quality everything, and we loved the location. We enjoyed being able to easily walk around town! We were there during the week, so can’t speak for the weekend, but it was very quiet. Nice! Two things could be improved: the bedroom lighting was so dim it was hard to find clothes in our luggage. The beds, esp the back room, were too hard for us. The beds felt like good quality, just too firm for us. In all my travels I’ve only run into that once before. I couldn’t sleep the first night, so I brought in my camping bed (an ExPed mattress and pad). We would definitely stay there again though, and we saved significantly by booking through Whimstay.
