Spacious Studio Unit 5 with Gorgous Canyon Views!

Discover Durango and San Juan Mountains from this boho mountain modern apartment. This unit is light, bright, and ideal place to relax after a day of adventures. Enjoy your coffee with views of surrounding buttes and watch the sunrays light up the hills. There is a well equipped kitchen and the pull-out sofa bed is ideal for small families. The apartment is located above the garage on a 10 acres property with other units on it. Furry friends welcome.

The space has an open studio design. The open-concept kitchen is sure to delight the chef with it's island seating, lounge seating and dining area. The living room has a full size pull-out couch for the kids and a 55" TV. The modern bathroom is newly remodeled and has a walk-in shower. The beautiful copper bed frame has a queen size bed, 45" TV with small fireplace which create a cozy den to snuggle up. There is a washer/dryer combo located in the unit.

Beautiful property

Very comfortable place to stay. Plenty of room for me and my dog with all the modern conveniences. I appreciated the open space and quiet to come back to after work!

Clean, comfortable and stylish stay!

Everything looked great on the listing and even better in person! The place is well equipped for any type of vacation - furnished with a comfortable bed, large shower and even a full kitchen. We are thankful to find such a dog friendly stay as well. Cant give enough praise for our stay, looking forward to coming back again!

Awesome birthday getaway

We came for my boy's birthday weekend. The apartment was so beautiful. The views were great. The place had everything you could need and more. Wish we could have stayed longer but we will absolutely be back!!!!

Lovely getaway

This place was perfect for our family. There was a little stream and a rope swing that my children enjoyed. The place had everything that we needed and made our Durango trip memorable.

Beautiful

The property was beautiful and so was the studio. The owners were wonderful and we really enjoyed our daily puppy greetings. Short and perfect drive from the historic downtown.
