- Our 2 BR, 2.5 bath 1,400 sq ft town home offers high-end modern finishes in a location unparalleled in Durango for its walkability and proximity to the river trail, historic downtown, and the Animas River. The residence was designed with an open great room, generous outdoor living space and exceptional river front views. This property has central AC for those hot summer days.
2 assigned spaces (9' X 28')- max 2 vehicles and the garage height is 7' 8” so ensure your vehicle will fit as there is no other onsite parking.
