Newly remodeled condo in Purgatory Townhouses located a short walk from the base of Purgatory Ski Resort. Close to the 6 pack ski lift and the village restaurants. New cozy furniture, newer appliances. Large living area with wood burning fireplace. Sleeps 7 people comfortably. Wifi available for guests and 2 TV’s. Access to Durango Mountain Club pool, hot tub and fitness center. Purgatory lake is located across the highway, the City of Durango is a 20 minute drive as is the charming town of Silverton.

The condo is in an excellent location. The unit is very clean and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed using the wood burning stove, which warmed up the entire unit. Would stay here again.
