The Space:
Home newly renovated with a focus on luxury and comfort. It is 2 bedrooms - 5 beds + 1cot (2 queens in upstairs bedroom, 1 queen in the first floor bedroom, Twin daybed with trundle in living area, 1 fold out twin cot, and a pop-up crib (for a child) . 2 full bathrooms with 3 separate sinks/ vanity areas. The loft in this unit is unique because it has sliding glass doors and full length curtains to close off for privacy from below or to open for light and airiness.

Guest Access:
We have everything when it comes to amenities! Guests have access to the valley fitness center, indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub, sauna, steam room, playgrounds, tennis courts, pickle ball, e-bike rentals, fat tire bikes, cross country skiing and snow shoeing, fire pits, bbq areas, and the Glacier Club Restaurants. Guests can also play the Glacier Club's front 18 holes at a discounted rate- so book a round in advance! There is an EV charging station at the Valley Clubhouse.
The resort charges a resort fee of $30.00/ day- we have included this charge in your accommodation and it allows you to use Glacier Club/Tammaron's amazing facilities.

The Neighborhood:
Located at the Glacier Club outside of Durango, Colorado Luxury, amenities, and location are what make this property special. From our photos you can tell we offer a luxurious experience for any visitors. Want to ski, snowboard, or snowmobile? The Purgatory Ski Resort is perfect. For year round hiking and views, the Rocky Mountains are perfect. Want to shop and get the real southwest culture experience? You have downtown Durango and shops nearby. Want to fish? The Animas and San Juan Rivers are famous for their fly fishing. Or, if you want to stay home and relax, the community offers plenty of luxury amenities within walking distance. Not many places offer skiing, snowboarding, downtown Durango shopping, river fishing, rafting, lakes for kayaking or paddle boarding, and golf, all within 20 minutes.

Getting Around:
We have a daily shuttle to the ski resort! Guests should expect to use a car or taxi for commuting to Durango or Purgatory. There are plenty of biking trails nearby for mountain biking

Other Things to Note:
Guests credit card will be charged 1/2 at booking and the other 1/2 14 days prior to arrival. A friendly reminder before you book your stay, this is our family owned second home. We simply ask that you treat our home with the same respect that you would expect one to treat yours. Due to recent nationwide upticks in unauthorized guests, pets and gatherings, we have implemented a a strict "one strike" policy for any guests that are found having any unauthorized gatherings, pets or guest with them in the home. Failure to disclose any of the stated above will result in immediate termination of stay with no refund being issued for unused nights.
