"This was the second time we have stayed at Acorn Cottage and it was just as good as the first. A lovely cottage in a very peaceful village with good access to the local area. The pub in the village (100m walk) serves excellent food and is very cosy. As to the cottage, it has a lovely "cottage feel" to it, very clean and very well equipped. The owners are very friendly and helpful and we would thoroughly recommend it as the perfect place to stay to explore the area."

"I contacted the property hosts before booking as I would be arriving late and they were very helpful and accommodating. I also received check in details over text so great to refer back to on arrival with a fried brain from a long drive. "The cottage has everything you need for a lovely stay. Very well equipped kitchen, fantastic walk in shower, amazing location and no trouble parking. We parked around the green when we first got there and although we then didn't use the car saw plenty of spaces appear throughout our stay. The village has some lovely pubs particularly The London Inn opposite the cottage, cafes particularly The Clipper and shops and if you want a peaceful and laid back break. Thank you"

"The property was excellent. Thanks for the goodies. My criticism would be gaining access and finding property. When driving it was difficult to find the property. A photo of front door would be helpful. The instructions for access could have been better by stating the ‘Lock box’ for the key to the apartment was outside the property by the front door.
