The Rainbow River Bungalows is the perfect destination for a fun and restful getaway! Stay in one of our private units and have all the conveniences of an outdoor paradise just outside your door! Enjoy FREE access to the Rainbow River via the Marion County KP Hole Boat Ramp, perfect for launching your boat or kayak. Our community center has a huge chess and Connect Four boards, so you can challenge yourself or your friends. Grill the perfect dinner on our outdoor grills or roast some S`mores by the fire! Dogs and kids will love the dog walking area and public garden beds. Take a leisurely walk and enjoy hammocks for a great afternoon of relaxation. Unit S is a spacious one bedroom with an open floor plan and an inviting front porch seating area. Get ready for an unforgettable getaway when you choose the Rainbow River Bungalows!

*Please be respectful of common quiet hours of 8pm-8am.
*Please keep dogs leashed and clean up after them.
*Please no open flames in the units
*Please no parties
*Please no smoking (including vaping) or use use of illegal substances.
*Pet fee includes 2 dogs. Additional pets allowed with prior approval and additional pet fee. Please inquire with host.
*Please count the lanyards in your unit, there is a $25 fee for each missing lanyard upon your departure.
*If the home needs attention during your stay please notify me immediately so that we can remedy it during your stay. Guest are responsible for any damage that occurs to the bungalow during their stay.
*All units are on a septic system, please do not flush anything down toilet other than toilet paper.
*Upon checkout there is a $100 hold on the card on file for incidentals. This is not a charge. The hold will fall off the card in 30 days, if there are no damages.
*There is a 5% processing fee on ALL REFUNDS. Guest may cancel 60 days prior to checkin for full refund minus 5% processing fee. 50 % refund minus 5% processing fee for refunds made more than 30 days in advance. There are no refunds less than 30 days prior to checkin.

Me and my daughters went up there to have a girls trip. It was fantastic. The bungalow was very spacious for the four of us and clean. The amenities were great and we had a lot of fun.

Anniversary Trip

My husband and I stayed 2 nights at Bungalow S. It exceeded our expectations! Very clean. So cute. Had all the amenities you need. Bring a hairdryer if you need it. The common are was great. We loved grilling out so much that we skipped going to dinner. The management responds quickly. The propane was out and they came right over to fix it. Highly recommend!

Nice getaway

We enjoyed our little weekend get away. Very quiet and nice outdoor common area. The bungalow was clean for the most part, just a few sticky spots were missed on the kitchen counter and stove, no biggie. Bed was pretty comfortable. Main complaint was that there were only 2 bath towels & although it was just the 2 of us it's always nice to have an extra towel or 2 for hair drying. Otherwise it was very nice as was the price. We would come back.

Perfect Springs Getaway!

We really loved our stay at Bungalow S! The home was comfortable and fit our needs. We enjoyed being right behind the common area. The walk to KP Hole plus admission was well worth the stay! Our dog also had a wonderful time going on walks with us to KP hole and back. The location is also close to many grocery stores, restaurants, and the Rainbow Springs State Park (where dogs are allowed). The only challenge we faced was having the wrong door code and WiFi information from what our arrival email indicated. However, Tocara answered immediately when we called about the door code and shared the locks were changed that day (which explained why we had the wrong code). She was very helpful and quick to respond throughout our stay. Would stay here again!
