"Staff are attentive and do a good job of listening to their customers. Excellent transportation with the neighboring station for Cambridge, London and Stansted airport. Trains do create some noise but not an issue unless the windows are open. Food and drink options at the hotel are good, and the next door pub has additional choices."

I booked a runway view room but I wasn't lucky enough to actually see any runway action from the planes. In fact it was completely empty in my view and I could only see planes parked far in the distance. It was more of a “plane parking view” rather than a “runway view”"
