"Such a beautiful caravan. We went at Easter 2026 and there were beautiful Easter touches bunnies etc throughout the caravan. Chocolates and Proscecco were a lovely touch. Checking in process was seamless and they provided so much helpful information. Would recommend and will definitely be back for another stay. Dog friendly too, my dogs loved the warm cozy throws provided and enclosed gated decking area"

"The main house, gardens and grounds were excellent and well maintained. Our room in the Mews was very large with french windows opening on to a shared patio, essential in this heat. There was no air conditioning, or fan and our phone in the room did not work. We were supplied with a faulty portable fan, but in the end the open doors provided enough cooling air. The shower was superb with enough hot water whenever we needed it. We could have done with a table and chairs to sit and organise paperwork etc. Breakfast was good with a cold continental buffet and a hot cooked selection as extra. On the second morning they were short staffed and we were given a refund on our breakfast for the delay. The dining room in the house was lovely with exposed stone and wooden timbered ceiling and great views of the garden. In the evening we ate at the Spa which was very good with excellent service. The spa facilities were well maintained and we enjoyed the outdoor pool in the garden and the outdoor spa."

I also appreciated the secure luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, which allowed us to make the most of our time in Folkestone. The only minor downside was the lack of a fridge in the Room Cosy Small, although larger rooms may have one and air conditioning would have been a welcome bonus, but it didn't affect our stay and everything was fine. Overall, the stay exceeded my expectations and I would happily return."
