"Great little basement apartment on the peninsula with a good view and nice outdoor seating. Tough driveway to navigate, especially for large vehicles. Decent wifi, comfortable bed and chairs in the room. About 10mins to CBD but reduces travel time to the albatross or castle"

"The location is the best thing about this hotel. We stayed for 2 days before the Dunedin Marathon which the hotel sponsors but the staff members and manager weren't very runners friendly. We asked for a late checkout so we could come back and have a quick shower and they offered 11.30am or 12 or ..."
