Great little basement apartment on the peninsula with a good view and nice outdoor seating. Tough driveway to navigate, especially for large vehicles. Decent wifi, comfortable bed and chairs in the room. About 10mins to CBD but reduces travel time to the albatross or castle

Scenic Hotel Dunedin City
Very central location but not much parking in or nearby. Helpful staff and the room was clean, warm and bed was comfortable. Shower over bath so watch out if you're not mobile. We ate out in the nearby Octagon so didn't try the Hotel options.

Didn't worry bout breakfast, they charged me $20 for a park bit annoying anyhow room was comfortable and clean.Bit worried bout chair l sat on as was quite wobbly but done the job. Would go back
