The gym is enough to get in a pretty good workout. Views are nice from there. Bathrooms are a little small but the room is nice. The staff was very nice. Walkable to many things. Definitely would stay or recommend to others. Beds were clean. Which is alway a priority for us.

Beach lodge motel
Heat worked. Bed comfortable. kitchen worked for us. Room had hair and dirt in it. In need of remodeling especially the bathroom. It was well priced for our stay.

Distinction Dunedin Hotel
Very friendly staff and comfortable room! We were amazed that an apartment sized washer and dryer were in the room. Very plush bedding and living space made it a 5 star rating! The restaurant was an added bonus! The Chinese Tea Garden was within walking distance.
