Although it’s a few years old, it was in great condition, provided all the essentials and some neat extras. From the pool & hot tub to kayaking to riding bikes, John’s home provided all we needed. You will be happy if you choose this great getaway & John will make sure you enjoy your stay!"

"Great location with 1 mile walking trail to downtown Dunedin just minutes away. We enjoyed the members pool everyday and beautiful sunsets. The Tiki Bar team was great and so convenient to have an onsite food option. The unit is small, but has everything you need. Bed was comfortable! It was very easy to communicate with May the host."

"Excellent location. Town is easily accessible and two Sunset viewing restaurants are right next door. It’s a cute charming old Florida hotel so if you’re bougie, it may not be for you! Our room was clean, and spacious. Parking can be tricky with the restaurants right there, but the valet will move cars for you if you are a guest. Overall great experience. "
