"The hotel is a wonderful old building that has been lovingly maintained. Our room was fine, everything was clean, tidy and worked and we got what we paid for. The restaurant was excellent. It had grandeur, it was flooded with light, offered views over the Tay, drink and food options were very good and reasonably priced. While there was no car park, one across the road offered reasonable rates and was convenient. The Discovery and V&A are a 5 min walk and are excellent. Why not a 5* rating? Like...
