Little difficult to find. Expensive for what it was. Location was good walking distance to town.

Charming- a great find. We wished we had time for a longer stay. Terrific and thoughtful appointments in the room. We checked in late evening and phoned ahead to advise of being delayed. Staff very gracious and accommodating. Breakfast was fabulous. Good quality cereals, good range of hot food cooked to order. The mushroom omelette I ordered was the best omelette I've ever had. Sooo good with a light covering of grilled cheese on the top.

Perfect accommodation for a few nights stay. Family owned and run. Check in was easy and when we enquired if room had a walk in shower we were changed to a room that did. Very friendly, attentive staff. Clean towels each day. Great bar meals, smaller portions available. Wonderful Guinness😍 highly recommend.

I stayed for 9 nights and would definitely come back. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for my long stay. The bed and pillows are extremely comfy. The hotel is in a super handy spot! The train station is literally across the road and the bus to Edinburgh airport stops right out the front. Dundee itself is fantastic and has all the shops you’d need. The only negative things I can mention are there are no clothes washing facilities for longer stays, the rooms can...

The developers of this most important, but previously derelict, heritage building are to be congratulated and supported. It is a treasure.

Room was excellent, very clean, hotel bar area very nice, staff very helpful.

Pleasant stay at this hotel. Comfortable beds and good-sized rooms. A bit of mold in the bathroom silicon, but otherwise seemed really clean. Tasty breakfast with standard hot/cold choices. Great location right on the River Tay with nice views from the dining room.

Had an amazing stay, comfortable bed, hot shower, great food and amazing staff in a beautiful quiet location. Shout out to Daisy and the other 2 young workers, they do you credit. Went over and beyond to make sure i was looked after.
