"My friends and I visited the Royalton for my 40th birthday. The overall experience was amazing. We purchased the diamond club for our stay, which included butler service, access to private beach, access to top shelf drinks, and VIP access to all restaurants. We had three separate butlers, but overall the service was okay. The butler did the best they could to support us, but the service was average. The resort itself was absolute amazing. The grounds were kept beautiful, the pool and the beach was clean. The food at the buffet was the best, I wasn’t to fond of some of the resutursnts food, but on average I would say "

" Jewel Grande Montego Bay Resort & Spa was beautiful! The staff were welcoming and always nice. We really enjoyed our staff. The only issue we encountered during our stay was the restaurant options. One of the restaurants was not open throughout our stay, and another one was closed during the time it was scheduled to be open. The establishment only has a total of 4, not including the buffet, and the majority of the restaurants weren't open until after 5 pm. Since we stayed for 4 days, we would have loved to have been able to experience the variety of restaurants we booked the resort for. Other than that, we enjoyed our time and would recommend anyone looking for a laid-back resort to relax. "
