The location is fabulous- right between Idaho Springs and Georgetown. Great hiking, shops, restaurants, and activities all just a few minutes away. "Everything about our stay was wonderful, the reason for our stay was the close proximity to the Red Rocks Amphitheater for a concert and it was perfect for that. The property is off the beaten track just outside the lovely town of Evergreen and it is very tranquil and relaxing. Linda was a lovely host and gave us some great information about the area. I would go there again in a heartbeat."

"It was the perfect place for five female family members, all fans of James Taylor, to come from different states to gather and spend the weekend being together, culminating with a fabulous concert at Red Rocks. The house is in an ideal location. We loved hiking the Enchanted Hills trail and the Apex trail. It was great to relax in the hot tub. The deck was a perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and see elk in the back yard! The house has several comfortable living areas for us...

"Lots of space for different couples; nicely stocked kitchen with all the pots, pans, and utensils needed; hot tub worked great, quiet, but parking very limited for a large group. Ski shuttle is not very close by - a solid ten minute walk down a hill (in ski boots with gear) and then up the hill after skiing - not ideal. We ended up driving to resort. Easy in and out - will book again in future."

"Nice house. Just as listed. There was a small issue with the septic system and the property manager had it fixed extremely quick so it didn’t cause us any headache at all. The two king suites upstairs are massive and by far the best rooms if you want to have a quiet room in a house with a ton of people. The garage is gigantic. We will stay here again if we ever come back to winter park."

Stunning views all around, and the perfect distance between the mountains for outdoor activities while still being close enough to Denver for an evening out. "We just stayed 2 nights at this property for my son’s graduation. The check in process was easy, and unlike some other rentals, the host doesn’t have you doing a ton of house chores before check out - and the couple things that they do ask you to do is reasonable. We definitely enjoyed our stay."
