"Nice clean compact room, lovely view onto the street. The only slight issue was the mattress, a little tougher than expected but it wasn't a major issue."

The tv in our room had blown speakers, the hairdryer had a loose connection and only worked when held at a certain angle and the charger for the iPad which controls lights etc was faulty. Only one lift was in operation leading to long waits to get up and down from the room to the hotel lobby"

"Room bed was terrible and not stable. We couldn’t sleep at all. If you want to encourage customers to stay, make parking free or affordable for your customers and not charge them £12 in addition to the price they paid for the room. This charge made us not to spend much on the food and drink in the hotel. "

"So close to the airport that we didn’t need a taxi, which was why we chose it. We walked to it from the car rental return (of note, there’s also a Holiday Inn Express near by and we accidentally started heading in that direction). When dropping off our luggage, additional signs would be helpful as the entrance to the hotel was close to the airport parking and was confusing. Didn’t notice any noise from the airport during the hours that we were there. King bed had an uncomfortable seam but was ok if we weren’t directly on it. Would stay here again!"
