good location, helpful staff, very clean, very comfortable and good value. My only suggestion is not to include price of breakfast in your pricing. Breakfast options are limited. Better to make guest pay separately for this.

Close to the ferry!!

Great location, as it is close to the ferry terminal if you want to travel to the islands. Cool and modern design of the hotel and the rooms. Great breakfast, especially the coffee. Friendly staff. The room could have been cleaner as we had ants in our room, it was also noisy since you could hear people closing the door to their room in the night. This hotel gives you good value for your money!

The trendy vibe not so thrilling for me. Was happy to receive a free breakfast. The walls are very thin, but if you don't mind that the hotel is perfectly adequate and in a great location. Walking distance to the pier and so much more.

We love eveything about this property. location is great. close to everything that we need and not so far to places we need to get to. trycs are availble the whole..as well, the staff are soooo accomodating and helpful. We made the right choice of staying on this hotel from our first time.

Philippine hipster vibe, super clean and wonderful staff. It’s a bit noisy sometimes with a karaoke bar behind it across the road, people yowling out of tune till 2am one night I was there. But that’s Dumaguete. Delightful, warm place.

位置不错，离码头很近，面对海滨大道，有免费早餐，但是6点开始提供，我们住2晚，第三天早上赶6点的飞机，就没吃到。没有电梯有点遗憾，门面不大，但是很干净。房间还行，装修工业风，该有的都有，性价比不错，WIFI很强。

The design was nice, location and accessibility are good. The staff is great. The food was nice. View from the room is excellent. I got bitten by insects that lodged in the blanket but the management cleaned the room asap and the insects disappeared. The hot water in the shower was iffy.

Very good location close ferry terminal ,bars ,shops .was a bit noisy at night from the traffic but it was ok I've had worse,the room was a bit of a shock at first it looks like it not finished but that's the theme and the longer I stayed the more I came to like it . Would I stay again probably not. The breakfast was nothing special standard Filipino food

Great choice.

It was a quick two nights but it was a good choice. It’s next to the port, so easy to get to the islands. The hotel is cool and chic. The breakfast was tasty and there are some restaurants and stuff around. Overall a great choice for a quick stay.

The hotel is unique in that it is a renovated old building with some of the fixtures and such left. Very charming. Great location by the bay and the breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly.

You get what you pay for. It was a good location , easy walk to the ferries, restaurants and bars. Minimalisstic would best describe the Brick's. I would stay there again due to the location and cost..

離moon café, 大學及碼頭都很近, 就在海傍. 房間整潔, 舒適, 惟房內不見有風筒, 而且晾衫不方便, 如果女孩且多出海行程可能不大方便, 我純粹過渡一晚就問題不大。另外, 早餐的炸魚很好吃.
