Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Staff was extremally rude and was not helpful at all and was not concerned about our problem either. At the beginning of trying to explain the problem to her, she took a phone call and just started talking. Extremally rude and will never return.
