An older style refurbished large room with a corner glass enclosure of wc and shower (408). A large room with hanging space and useful desk. A comfortable bed that I feel was not fully changed before my occupation, but was swiftly corrected. Good aircon. No outside view as window opens to service shaft? Due to thin walls and city location can be noisy. Easy check in/ departure with helpful staff.

We traveled with family. We had two queen sized beds and the room was relively quiet considering it was in the city near Rizal blvd. All the workers were courteous and kind. They took our laundry to be cleaned and booked taxis for us when we asked. Traveling with toddlers is difficult, but they made it easy.

Was sufficient for a night before catching a ferry the next morning. Staff were nice though facilities are starting to become worn.

No bottled water in rooms, May I suggest that the hotel install a water cooler within lobby area ? Drinking Water is extremely important!

The air conditioner had no remote control and needed to be turned on manually, and the room had no hairdryer, which the receptionist said had been borrowed. The balcony faced the noisy street and was barely quiet until 10pm. The water in the hallway was empty for two days and no one replaced it. There were black stains on the sheets. All in all, I was disappointed with the experience.

This hotel is adequate but lacks the amenities (refrigerator, restaurant and towel quality to make it a 4-star facility. The staff were super friendly and helpful, however.

To be honest The property itself is fine. Relatively clean well located. But I really don't want to stay in something that has absolutely Has NO HOT WATER and their included breakfast is basically a Box lunch.

Really enjoyed my two night stay. Very quiet and right across from the Public Market. Great breakfast delivered to your room in tge morning to start your day before exploring the city and surroundings. Wonderful staff.

This is a very nice hotel in the heart of Dumaguete. The staff is amazing. They were very helpful with anything that came up. Will definitely be staying there again.

The room is small and stinks coming from the bathroom drainage. We requested to move to another room the next day but no vacancy. Also there’s a window but no view, It was blocked by a high concrete from another building.we are in 5th floors and stayed for 2 nights.

We'll be looking into your comment on the bathroom smell and letting housekeeping know about it. Also, based on your review, you might have stayed in a double room. All our double rooms are interior rooms with no view. For window access facing the streets, we recommend choosing the Twin, Family, or Suite rooms. Again, thank you for your feedback.

Convenient location!
Henia Hotel has a convenient location making it easy for a tourist to walk around the area - visit the Public market for some Sikwate and Budbud and the Boulevard for the tempura and good eats like Sansrival. Its central and easy to get to. Rooms are also quite modern, Wi Fi was okay. The staff are friendly enough and they try to extend assistance when they can - however, it seems theres internal communication issues as I requested for breakfast to be packed as I had an early tour but this was not communicated despite the SMS and instructions provided to 2 different front office personnel. Staff apologized and bought food to make up for the lapse so everything was fine. Do take note that when you pack your food, Php 30 would be charged. Breakfast starts at 630AM and most tours have an early start and provide food so maybe availing room with breakfast may not be necessary. Another thing to take note is that walls are quote thin and you can hear people passing by, making conversation etc. So of you are a light sleeper, pack some ear plugs.

The hotel Is situated near the market, airport, port, restaurants. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The service is excellent, the only set back is the internet, it was a bit slow. Overall its amazing. I would recommend it to my friends.

Lovely hotel, super clean, good location less than 10 mins walk from the harbour and 1 minute walk from a supermarket. The facilities were excellent. Great value for money and the staff were very welcoming and friendly.
