The staff at CoCo Grande are the best, they treat everyone like family. It’s clean, quiet, and relaxing. It is dated but that gives it character. Traffic would be the only negative factor but that is a problem all over the city of Dumaguete.

This is my favorite place to stay in Dumaguete. The rooms are always clean and everything in the rooms are well maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and quickly know you by name. The also have the best American style breakfast and its included with your stay. The location is just far enough from the city center to provide you with a nice morning walk to get to everything.

Very helpful staff. Helped with ferry and transportation to the harbor. It is the sister hotel to the coco grove resort and would recommend staying here before your transportation to the Siquijor island

This is my favorite place to stay in Dumaguete. Staff go the extra mile to accommodate guests' needs; rooms are comfortable; complimentary breakfast is excellent; location is close to downtown. The two most significant 'negatives' are: location next to several schools results in heavy traffic, especially between 3-6 PM. Also, water pressure in rooms is somewhat weak and water temperature lukewarm.

Hotel is so outdated. Needs a renovation. Smell is really bad, window curtains smells terrible. Lobby and spa smells mold.. only the good thing is the staff is really accomodating and friendly. Staff is only the positive thing in that building. Nothing else.
