Four spacious bedrooms, living room with an open fire, sunny boot room just off the kitchen, ample hot water, central heating and cosy lighting throughout. "What worked well Very convenient location, situated across the road from the promenade and close to the pier and funfair. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in and check-out were easy. What could have been better Parking at the hotel was very limited, so we were unable to park there. I booked an executive room, but it felt fairly average. The room was very basic, more like a Travelodge, and did not feel worth over £200 per night. Breakfast was below average, especially the cooked breakfast. However, we did have a nice meal in the restaurant. Overall judgement The location is excellent, but for the price, the room and breakfast did not meet expectations."
