"The property was beautiful and the view was one of the prettiest we have ever seen. The pool and beach areas were lovely and maintained impeccably! The massage we had was great ! Additionally the wellness facilities were wonderful, however, they do charge to use that even if you book a service. "The entire family was blown away by the house and property. Yes they had seen the listing photos - but nothing does it justice until you are actually there. To be able to walk to the beach before a day of sightseeing, and relax by the pool afterwards is a dream. We enjoyed all having our own bathroom and especially an additional extra bath on each floor was very helpful. Between the kids play room and pool table and ping pong table we could never be bored and wished we had booked the house for two weeks instead of just one. We also noticed immediately how absolutely pristine the condition of the property was. It didn't just look surface clean - it was positively squeaky clean and not a speck of dust could be found. Probably though the most memorable was our first night - after many issues we were getting to the house very late and all the stores were closed and we were very hungry with no where to go. But the host was at the home - still patiently waiting for us along with many home prepared food items and beer in the fridge. We were so touched at their kindness and it started our entire trip on such a good note we really couldn't have had a better stay! We hope to come back again and stat much longer! Thank you!!"

"We loved staying at this hotel. The people were so helpful and friendly, and we'd definitely go back. I thought it was good value for money, too. There are a few things I would have liked to know if I was staying here. There is a lovely little beach right opposite the hotel, with a couple of beach bars within a 2 minute walk. The hotel is on the main road (as most of them are in this area) and the road is very noisy at night. It's the main road from Split to Omis and the bus stop is right outside the hotel - very convenient for getting around, but also noisy. Ask for a room at the back, rather than the sea view - and a higher floor might help too. There's no provision for filtered/cold water other than at breakfast, and the cooler gets locked during the day which we thought was a bit odd. The water is completely safe to drink but if you prefer cold water, buy your own. We visited out of the main season, and there is no supermarket/shop nearby - the nearest one is about a 30 minute walk away, or a few minutes on the bus. There might be one in the village during the season. The rooms are great, spacious and clean, and it was lovely having a balcony. There are a few really good restaurants in walking distance. Overall, a really lovely place to visit, and a great hotel. "

"Wir waren eine große Familie mit 18 Personen und haben eine traumhafte Woche in diesem Haus verbracht! Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet – es bietet unglaublich viel Platz, gemütliche Zimmer und zahlreiche Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, sodass jeder sein eigenes kleines Reich hatte. Der Außenbereich war einfach fantastisch: viel Platz zum Spielen für die Kinder, gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten, Grillmöglichkeit und ein wunderschöner Pool. Alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll gepflegt. Auch die Gastgeber waren super freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Die Lage wäre ideal – ruhig ,wir hatte gerade etwas Baulärm vor dem Haus.Gottseidank nicht täglich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und viele schöne Erinnerungen gesammelt. Dieses Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert für große Familien"

"Our family's stay at Villa Delmati was absolutely fantastic—we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location was perfect, with shops and everything we needed just a short walk away. The owners went above and beyond, not only with their friendliness but also by offering wonderful recommendations for things to do in the area. A true highlight of our trip was when they cooked a delicious local dish for us one evening. We highly recommend Villa Delmati and can't wait to visit again!"
