Overall an excellent experience. Staff great, especially in the restaurant. The boys really looked after us. Breakfast great. Room small but comfortable. Slight smell in room when we checked in but we quickly realised that is Dubrovnik. Loved being in the centre of the Old Town. The hotel had been recommended to me and it did not disappoint.

My husband and I stayed at Heritage Hotel Lucia for 2 nights in July 2026. Where do I start... The location was perfect - a very short walk to Pile Gate, but away from all the cruise ship crowds - looking out onto Fort Lovrijenac. We stayed for a couple of nights at the Berkeley and were very impressed. The staff were very friendly on arrival and were able to help us with any questions or issues we had. The room was of a good size with a nice view of the Dubrovnik harbour. There was a little balcony, which was a nice spot to just sit and watch the world go by. This hotel is simply amazing! A true 5 star stay. We were upgraded to an even better room which was a great way to start off. It's located in a great quiet area, only 15 mins from old town, plenty of places to eat and drink around, there's a shopping mall 2 mins walk away. The pools are amazing, two pools one outdoor and one indoor both are massive. Couldn't recommend this place any more!!!!

What. A. Place. All the amenities available at the resort are fantastic; gym, sports centre, pools, the beach itself. We had a club room which grants access to the rooftop terrace for breakfast and drinks/refreshments all day, and that was an epic experience. Only 15-20mins from Dubrovnik old town. I would not even bother looking for anywhere else if I’m coming to Dbrvnk again.

This is a great hotel in a good location, friendly helpful staff and a good variety of food for breakfast. The carpet could be replaced but otherwise highly recommend.

The room was clean and tidy. We had a balony which was really great, it overlooked the water. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and had plenty of choices. We ate dinner in the hotel both nights and there was plenty to choose from. The bus to the old town was across the road. So very handy.

Very nice place to stay, please be aware currently there are renovations happening to the grounds and surrounding buildings however it’s not too much of an inconvenience.
