A Gem Of A Find
Loved the location. Only a 10 minute walk to the old town. Apartment is very nice and clean. Has its own elevator. And the view from balcony is fantastic! Will stay here again in the future.

Love the apartment! Absolutely beautiful, thoroughly enjoyed the apartment, the facilities. Good location. Convenient carpark, close to supermarket. Katija was very helpful.

Close to the Old Town but yet outside the old town. About a 10 minute walk to the Old Town (down hill) - more taxing walk uphill but still doable. Parking garage on street level. Elevator to take you to your apartment (no steps to worry about). Beautiful views overlooking the sea and the Old Town

Katija, the property manager, was extremely helpful both upon arrival as well as during our stay. The apartment was very roomy and spotlessly clean. There was even a clothes washer which came in handy. It is about a 5 - 10 minute walk to Old Town from the apartment.

Perfect for short Dubrovnik tip
Great apartment. Well thought through and has all basics right. Cool, dark at night and no noise (even though next to the road) the sound proof works well. Everything you need for a short and comfortable stay. Bed good, shower good. Lots of space. Very clean. Just what we wanted

Beautiful apartment in gorgeous Dubrovnik
The 3 bedroom apartment (Charlotte) was beautiful, very safe and an easy 10 minute walk into the Old Town. Maid service every day. Entrance via a ground floor garage (very safe) and own elevator key to access the apartment. Nearby local supermarket and tons of restaurants in the Old Town.

All in all we were prepared for a different type of apartment. The pictures on the website are misleading. There is only a view from a hole in the wall. The balcony is not the same as on the pictures. There is a strong smell coming from the bathroom.

Luxury apartment within 12 minute walk of old town
These apartments are quite spectacular. They are clean and modern with a massive living/dining room area, sleek kitchen, spacious balcony with an ocean view, and a cleaning service every day.

Nicht billig aber empfehlenswert für Dubrovnik.
Die Unterkunft liegt nur 5 Gehminuten vom südlichen Einganstor der Dubrovnik-Altstadt entfernt. Die im Erdgeschoss vorhandenen Garagenplätze sind teilweise (vorreservieren ratsam) auch für große KFZ geeignet. Die vom Hotel empfohlenen Restaurants (außerhalb der Altstadt) sind empfehlenswert.
