The perfect Villa in Dubrovnik. Very modern, clean and spacious. Matea was Super friendly and attentive to every question and request. Great position for a beautiful view of Stari Grad and short walking distance from everything. Nice quiet location and parking available. Excellent, great quality apartment

This is our first time staying in an apartment while traveling. This property is definitely an upmarket property. Rooms are tastefully arranged / decorated. Location is within walking distance to old town. The apartment also overlooks the water. Matea was extremely helpful and responsive over texts. We 100% recommend this property to anyone visiting Dubrovnik.

All around excellent

This apartment was very spacious, clean, updated and in a fantastic location right by the sea and a very short walk to Dubrovnik old town. The hostess was very nice and provided us with two pages Of restaurants and recommendations of things to do. There was a parking spot available. I’ll be at very tight, but since parking is so limited and hard to find in the area we’re grateful to have a parking spot in the garage. We loved having a washer, and the balcony had a gorgeous view of the sea. Felt safe and it was quiet, will definitely stay here again.

A Gem Of A Find

Loved the location. Only a 10 minute walk to the old town. Apartment is very nice and clean. Has its own elevator. And the view from balcony is fantastic! Will stay here again in the future.

Close to the Old Town but yet outside the old town. About a 10 minute walk to the Old Town (down hill) - more taxing walk uphill but still doable. Parking garage on street level. Elevator to take you to your apartment (no steps to worry about). Beautiful views overlooking the sea and the Old Town
