This is a great out of town hotel with a fantastic view. Easy to find and the bus stop is right outside with regular buses into Dubrovnik. Ivan and the rest of the staff do a great job and nothing is too much trouble. Not a huge choice for breakfast but what we did have was very good.

If you want to be out of town and with no car, this is the place. AnneMaria and Ivan and their staff do an amazing job keeping everything ticking over. Breakfast is wonderful, especially the marmalade pancakes! You can take the bus into Dubrovnik from right across the road and there is a market 300 meters up the street - all very easy!! Take a walk along the foreshore too, quite beautiful. Yes, it is on a main road so if you are sensitive to traffic noise it might be a deterrent. Personally - I did not find it a problem at all. On site parking too, if you have a car. I hope to come back one day.

Nicest area cleanliness was beyond Reproach Beautifully remodeled morning breakfast it was amazing the staff showed interest in every detail of your vacation and we’re very helpful and knowledgeable about the community well be going back soon

Stayed for 4 nights in july Lovely Family run villa. Our room was clean bed sheets crisp. Bathroom a bit small but served the purpose, good water pressure in the shower. Full length mirror would have been nice Breakfast cooked fresh and brought to your table, mixed fresh fruit was always available and presented beautifully Staff were so helpful and friendly It is only a few mins from the sea,but first you do need to cross a fairly busy road (there is a zebra crossing) Nearest Pebble beach that gently slopes into the sea 15 mins walk away A few restaurants were close by which served quality food next to the sea It is a fairly quiet area we went by taxi to Dubrovnik and it cost about £15 each way ....but i believe there is a bus service We loved our stay

Very Nice!
Very nice place! Clean, comfortable, and helpful staff! Booked a day trip upon check in and overall very happy with my stay! Would recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, hometown feel!

Nice place for quiet holiday
Staff was very friendly and check in was very pleasing. The hotel is in a quiet area just outside Dubrovnik. The room was spacious and cleaned daily. Overal very satisfied with the stay.

Lovely location on Zaton Bay. Poor public transport links to Dubrovnik (8km away). Hotel itself was average. Broken shower and reluctance to relocate left us feeling like the incovenience. On relocation the new room had broken air con. Waiters are left to deal with everything as no reception. The waiters were very friendly though and resolved what they could!

Good stop over on way to Dubrovnik. No problems with apartments, clean spacious and moderately comfortable bed. Nice service from Anne-Marie. Dinner in restaurant is adequate although bit over priced.

Pris og kvalitet hænger ikke sammen. personaet virke ret ligeglade med os. Deres køkken er talentløst. Hvis du fjerner æg, skinke og ost, så er der er ikke mere på deres morgen menu kort. Kun en slags juice. Man kan ikke hænge sit våde badetøj til tørre i lejligheden. Pool og spa var ret godt :) men skønt de reklamere med betjening ved pool, så er den ikke eksisterende. vores senge blev ikke redt på noget tispunkt. De kunne gøre det så godt, hvis de ville, men de gider ikke. Opholdet er for dyrt, pris og kvalitet hænger IKKE sammen,

Problema porque check in es solo hasta las 22 hs y el vuelo se atrasó. Es muy alejado del centro y taxis muy caros. Escaso transporte publico

Honnêtement mon séjour c’est très bien passé ! Le personnel au top ! Accueillant avec le sourire. Chambre propre, piscine et jaccuzi très propre de plus souvent on avait la piscine pour nous tout seul hihihi Dans un endroit calme est proche de Dubrovnik à 15min. Heureusement nous avons pas pris dans la ville même de Dubrovnik car ayant loué une voiture vous payer l’horodateur a défaut d’une grosse amende ! Enfin je vous recommande

Aunque las instalaciones son relativamente buenas, la ubicación conveniente y agradable, el servicio en recepción y limpieza de las habitaciones es inexistente. En primer lugar NO hicieron el aseo de la habitación al día siguiente, Segundo y lo más malo de todo, es q el conserje es mesero y camarero a la vez. Por atender el restaurante no tiene en cuenta la atención de los huéspedes.

Villa Babilon
At first sight this small hotel looked nice. Our room looked good because of all furniture it had and itwas decorated in simply way and had light colors. Althougt one thing is to decorate, the other is to keep it up in the good condition. Chairs were falling apart and bed's legs looked like someone had gnawd them. One of te pillows had a big light yellow stain on it. It is also said that every room has a terrace, it still isn't that way. Only one room has a terrace and it had a bird's nest above it (so this terrace was full of bird's s**t). Even if it's said that there's a room cleaning daily, there wasn't. After first night of our stay they came to our door and asked if we need new towels (that's all about the housekeeping). Table was dirty and the toilet was nasty after previous residents. There was a very little of service so we don't have much to say about it. The location is ok: buses to Dubrovnik leaves across the road from the hotel once in two hours.There is school or kindergarden very close to the hotel and the walls were like paper: we couldn't sleep late in the morning because of the kids screaming.

Es hat uns sehr gefallen, kommen gerne wieder. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt und das Personal war sehr freundlich.

hotel accogliente comodo x visitare Ragusa di Dalmazia ( fermata autobus di fronte )munito di parcheggio gratuito , personale gentile con l'unico neo di non parlare italiano, cambio asciugamani tutte le mattine esperienza veramente positivo

Eftersom vi är en stor familj med 4 barn bokade vi 2 rum. Rummen var mysiga och fräscha och det fanns inget att klaga på... Prisvärt boende! Trots att hotellet ligger precis vid vägen från Dubrovnik och norrut störs man inte av trafiken... 100 meter ned till "strandpromenad" i Zaton... Mysigt!
