Excellent base in Dubrovnik

The location is perfect - just by the old town (but not in it, meaning its more calm and quiet) and with an incredible view out the window. The apartment is small but we did not need anything more for our stay. Neno was a fantastic host, meeting us for our late arrival and giving us lots of tips for Dubrovnik. Highly recommend if in need of a great base to explore Dubrovnik from.

Well cared for property in a great location, good sized room with two beds, very clean, all for a very good price. Highly recommended for many reasons, including the gracious and caring nature of Neno who runs the property. He showed us the best ways to get around Old Town and to the beach. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants off the beaten track for good food at good prices. Even more helpful, when we needed extra time before checking out he gave us the flexibility we needed. Which was much appreciated! The location, the price, and the care Neno puts into the property and gives to his guests make this an easy choice.

Room is spacious. Location is absolutely perfect, right accross from bus stop, taxi, tour place, Pile Gate, Fort and kayaking place. Next to secret small lagoon for swimming. To everyone who book accommodations inside the wall, you may face to drag your luggage across so many steps! Inside wall is full of stairs. This location is not! Just perfect. Owner is super nice!!! He explained the tourist attractions and provide maps. Highly recommended. Will be my Go to place to stay in Dubrovnik.
