The apartments are clean, spacious, magnificent view of the Adriatic Sea. Surroundings are great with plenty eating places on the waterfront, close to shops, transportation etc. Super place for a stay.

Property was really nice with fantastic views of the mountains and river. Walkable from the Sheraton about 5 mins just behind the hotel. Hotel are great as you can use the indoor pool and tennis facilities which you pay. Only issue from making it a 5 was we had to call each time to ask someone to clean our room. The bedrooms were nice size and loved the living area and kitchen.

Perfect location, 1 block away from shopping mall & grocery store, 1 block away from beach and 10 min walk to beautiful Kupari beach. Bus stops right in front of building to Dubrovnik. The apartment was super clean, we were able to cook in the well supplied kitchen( which even has a dishwasher) very comfortable and spacious. Beautiful location, several restaurants around.

We had no idea where to check in. The address of the property from Expedia gave to indication that it was an apartment managed by The Sheraton Hotel so we had difficulty finding it - finally had to park and call property number. Great sea front location! Beautiful surroundings.

The location is phenomenal! The apartments are modern and clean. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and a mall with a grocery store a block away. Beach is a two minute walk. I wanted to rate this place a 5 out of 5 but there were three issues: 1) Ants in the apartment 2) Horribly designed shower 3) limited TV channels

Nice apartment and relatively new. The bathroom is clean and spacious. The interior of the living room was perhaps a little ascetic. The view from the balcony does not fulfill beach holiday wishes, but the beach and beach restaurants are a few minutes' walk away. It is easy to get to the apartment by elevator from the garage. The breakfast onSheraton was excelent.

The property is part of the Sheraton so it’s very elegant! It was difficult to find out where check in was because there were no instructions or any hint that this property would be located in the same property as Sheraton. The place is beautiful, safe, clear and very comfortable but I have ONE complaint ! They said amenities were NOT included, in other words, you get s room that’s right by the pool and they say you can’t use it but must get a day pass — Maistra customer are not allowed to use Sheraton amenities even though it’s inside the same property!

Clean spacious apartment excellently serviced by staff from the nearby Sheraton Hotel. Fantastic breakfast (if purchased) at the Sheraton (100m away) with wide variety of fresh foods and lots of choice. Secure underground parking. 5 min walk to bus stop for 10 minute ride to old city for 2.9 euros pp. Can also take the less freq bus right outside. Bus schedule posted at the Sheraton. Grocery store in the mall 2 minutes away.

The apartment is new, very nice and spacey. Check-in is at the hotel reception, which made it unclear if breakfast is included in the room (it's not). Not entitled to other hotel services either. It's close to the beach, but the main part of beach is basically taken over by the hotel's sunbeds, that are really expensive (30 eur per day). There no place to get breakfast near by, but plenty of options for lunch and dinner You can take a taxiboat to the city centre from the pier.

Lovely, spacious appartment that was cleaned every day. Well equipped kitchen (4 hobs, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge with small freezer inside, crockery and cutlery etc provided) and bathrooms (toilet roll, towels, soap, shampoo conditioner all provided and replenished as needed, pkus a hairdryer). No washing machine but there is a payable laundry service. We paid extra to have breakfast at the Sheraton every day and it was so worth it. Probably the best breakfast buffet I've ever seen, with lots of options and a beautiful terrace. The location is excellent. Close to beaches, supermarket, bust stops, water taxis, several bars and restaurants plus childrens play parks. You can walk along the seafront to Milini. Just great.
